The second doctor who had a significant impact on Dr. Vijay Jadhav was Dr ABR Desai from Mumbai an ENT specialist who practiced in a nearby village. Dr. was the only ENT specialist in the area, and he was known for his compassionate and patient-centered approach to medicine. Dr. Vijay Jadhav was struck by the way that,  Dr. was able to diagnose and treat complex conditions with ease, and he became fascinated by the field of ENT. After completing his MS in ENT medical education in Mumbai Dr. Vijay Jadhav pursued a specialization in ENT. He completed his residency at a top hospital in the city and then returned to his hometown to open his own hospital. His goal was to provide world-class healthcare to the people in his committee.
